High Court of Bombay is responsible for
conducting the Maharashtra Judicial Services Exam. The selection process of the Maharashtra
Judiciary Exam involves three stages: prelims, mains, and viva-voce. You will
get two hours to attempt the prelims examination. The Preliminary Examination
consists of 100 multiple choice questions for 100 marks. The assessment is
conducted in the English language. Maharashtra Judiciary preliminary
Examination consists of negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
