All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national-level exam conducted by Bar Council of India (BCI). Through AIBE exam, BCI evaluates candidates' analytical abilities along with basic understanding of law subjects to assess whether the provisionally enrolled advocates or fresh law graduates have the aptitude to practice law in India.
Qualification: To clear AIBE, candidates should obtain minimum 40 per cent aggregate if they belong to the General or Other Backward Class (OBC) category and 35 per cent aggregate if they belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) category.
