The Kerala Judicial Service Munsiff Magistrate Exam is conducted every year by the Kerala High Court. The Kerala Judiciary KHC Munsiff Magistrate exam will be held in two successive stages, viz. Preliminary examination and the second stage has two elements, that are, Final examination and a Viva voce for the post of KHC Munsiff Magistrate. Kerala Judiciary Exam Eligibility Criteria 2021: Kerala Judiciary | KHC | Munsiff Magistrate
In order to apply for the Kerala Judiciary Exam, the candidates should be eligible in the following criteria:
Citizenship: The candidate should be a citizen of India.
Age Limit: Candidates should be below the age of 35 years as on the date mentioned in the official notification. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 05 years for Scheduled Caste candidates.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a Degree of Law from a reputed University. The candidate should also be enrolled as an advocate.
Preliminary Exam: Kerala Judiciary | KHC | Munsiff Magistrate
As per the Kerala Judicial Service Preliminary Examination Pattern, the Kerala pre exam consists of an objective paper of 200 marks. This paper is of qualifying nature and the aspirant has to score above the cut off marks (usually 50%) as released by the authority after the exam. The Kerala Judicial Service Preliminary Examination is of 2 hours. The Kerala Judiciary exam paper has a negative marking, for each incorrect answer 1 mark is deducted.

The viva-voce test will be held for 50 marks. The marks scored by the candidate in the viva will be added to the final score of Mains exam.
