The Punjab Judicial Service Exam is conducted by the Punjab High Court and the Punjab Public Service Commission jointly for the selection of Punjab Judicial Services Civil Judge Division. Punjab Judicial Services PJS Civil Judge exam is held in three successive stages, viz. Preliminary examination, Mains examination and a Viva voce for the post of Punjab Judicial Service (Junior Division)

In order to apply for the Punjab Judiciary Exam, the candidates should be eligible in the following criteria:
Citizenship: The candidate should be a citizen of India.
Age Limit: The lower age limit and the upper age limit of the candidate for Punjab Judiciary is 21 and 37 years as of the last submission date of the application form. The upper age limit for all the Central/States Government employees is extended to 45 years of age. The upper age limit for the candidates applying under the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes of all States and Backward Classes only of Punjab are relaxed till 42 years.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a Degree of Law from an established University.
Preliminary Exam: Punjab Judicial Services PJS | Punjab Civil Judge | PPSC-J
As per the Punjab Judicial Service Preliminary Examination Pattern, the Punjab pre exam consists of an objective paper of 500 marks. The Tripura Judicial Service Preliminary Examination is of 2 hours. The paper consists of 125 questions each carrying 4 marks.
