The Maharashtra Judicial Service (Junior Division) Exam is conducted every year by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC). The Maharashtra Judiciary MPSC Civil Judge Exam, JMFC – Judicial Magistrate First Class, or CJJD – Civil Judge Junior Division exam is held in three successive stages, viz. Maharashtra Judiciary Mains Examination Syllabus: The Maharashtra Judiciary MPSC Civil Judge Exam, JMFC – Judicial Magistrate First Class, or CJJD – Civil Judge Junior Division
The Maharashtra Judiciary mains exam is of descriptive type and has two papers of 100 marks each. The duration of the exam will be of 3 hours for each paper. The mains exam will be conducted in Marathi and the English language.

In order to apply for the Maharashtra Judiciary Exam, the candidates should be eligible in the following criteria:
Citizenship: The candidate should be a citizen of India.
Age Limit: Candidates should be below the age of 35 years as on the date mentioned in the official notification. The upper age limit is relaxable up to 05 years for Scheduled Caste candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

The result for the Maharashtra Judiciary Exam for Civil Judge 2022 will be uploaded on the official website of the Maharashtra High Court. Separate results are announced for each phase conducted and after which a final merit list is prepared of the students who have qualified. The final merit list of the candidates qualifying is prepared on the basis of the score obtained in the Main Examinations and the marks obtained in the Personal Interview/Viva Voce. However, the marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination are not counted for the preparation of the final merit list and is only of qualifying nature.
