The syllabus of the mains for Karnataka Judiciary exam is as follows:
Paper – I: Law
Paper-II: Law
Framing of Issues and writing of Judgments in Civil Cases
Paper-III: Law
Framing of Charges and writing of Judgments in Criminal cases
Paper-IV: Translation paper
There will be one translation paper and the candidates will be required to translate passages in English into Kannada and Kannada into English. The Passages will be from (1) Depositions, (2) Judgments and (3) Documents.

Computer Test

The result for the Karnataka Judiciary Exam for Civil Judge 2022 will be uploaded on the official website of the Karnataka High Court. Separate results are announced for each phase conducted and after which a final merit list is prepared of the students who have qualified. The final merit list of the candidates qualifying is prepared on the basis of the score obtained in the Main Examinations and the marks obtained in the Personal Interview/Viva Voce. However, the marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination are not counted for the preparation of the final merit list and is only of qualifying nature. The Cut-off marks are decided by the exam conducting authority to shortlist the qualifying candidates. Clearing the cut-off is important for each of the candidates.
